摘  要:MIL-STD-1553B多路数据传输总线仿真系统是航空电子设备研制过程中必不可少的系统开发工具,但该总线仿真系统的实时性和可靠性也给传统的仿真技术提出了挑战;为了解决上述问题,利用LabVIEW开发工具,采用QCP-1553板卡和BU65170芯片设计了一种光电监控设备。在LabVIEW中基于UML建立模型,对总线控制器控制远程终端的多种消息的接收/发送进行了仿真,并给出了一种优化1553B总线系统周期消息和非周期消息混合传输的动态完整性分配方法;通过在某型号超光谱成像仪地检设备上的应用,证明了上述设计方法实时性强、可靠性高且可扩展性良好。The simulation of MIL--STD--1553B multiplex transmission data bus system is an absolutely necessarily system development tool during developing avionic devices, but its real time characteristic and reliability give a challenge to traditional simulation technique. To solve the above problem, we made use of the development tools based on LabVIEW, and designed a kind of opto--electric monitoring equipment with the board of QCP-1553 and BU65170. The simulation model is established in LabVIEW based on UML. The bus eontroller is simulated by receiving and sending 19 kinds of messages on remote terminal, and a kind of method of dynamic integrality assignment was given to optimizing the messages in 1553B data bus system in the circumstances of sending messages both periodic and aperiodic. In the application on equipment of Hyper Spectral Imager, this method shows that has good performance in real time characteristic, reliability, and expansibility.
