摘　　要：TAP天车无线遥控器是专门为铝厂设计的辅助出铝设备,可以实时的检测出铝状况;按功能分类遥控器含有遥控手柄和传输工具两部分,遥控手柄包含按键控制和液晶显示,传输工具有高频无线传输和串口RS-485;天车工可根据液晶显示屏上的信息及时对TAP天车进行操控,实现实时性;2.4G高频无线传输和RS-485传输速率高,有很强的抗干扰性,其中无线传输减少线路安装,保证了长距离的数据高速正常传播。TAP Crane wireless remote control is designed specifically for the aluminum smelter auxiliary equipment, aluminum status can be detected immediately; According to the functions remote controller consists of handler and transmission tool, Remote controller contains buttons to con- trol and liquid crystal display, Transmission tools have high--frequency wireless transmission and Serial RS - 485; Crane workers timely control TAP Crane basing on information on the LCD screen, 2. 4 G high--frequency wireless transmission and RS - 485 are high transmission speed, a strong anti --interference. In which wireless transmission reduce lines , Guarantee the normal long--distance high--speed dissemination of data.
