摘  要:根据GB/T 14211-1993《机械密封试验方法》规定的测试要求开发了基于AT89C2051单片机的机械密封试验数据采集系统;数据采集系统由传感器、采集电路、串行通信控制器、组合电源和计算机等组成;详细介绍了组成机械密封试验数据采集系统的温度、转速、振幅、泄漏量、扭矩、弹簧力、介质压力和弹簧压缩量等参数的采集电路;基于AT89C2051单片机的机械密封计算机辅助试验数据采集系统实现了多参数同时测量、显示与记录,提高了数据采集的速度及同步性,避免了直接式仪表引起的人为读数误差;投资较低,可为机械密封产品的性能测试和揭示密封参数之间的相互影响关系提供有效手段。According to testing requirements of GB/T 14211--1993 "Code for test of mechanical seal", a data collection system of mechanical seal testing device based on AT89C2051 single--chip microcomputer was developed. The data collection system was composed of sensors, data acquisition circuits, serial communication controllers, combined power supply and computer. The data acquisition circuits used to measuring the parameters like temperature, rotate speed, vibration amplitude, leakage volume, torque, spring force, medium pressure and spring camber of the data collection system were described in details, multiple parameter~ s measuring, displaying and recording were made at the same time in the data collection system of mechanical seal auxiliary testing device based on AT89C2051 single--chip microcomputer, the velocity and synchronicity of the data collection were improved, direct instrumentations caused the reading error was avoided, and the investment was low. It is an effective means to evaluate the performances of the mechanical seal products and reveal the interactions between sealing parameters.
