摘　　要：发动机缸体作为发动机的核心部件，零件形状复杂，壁厚变化多样，与其他部件的配合要求高，因而，缸体的铸造摸具设计、制造难度大。采用三维参数化设计，利用三维软件的优势。可以设计出一系列的缸体．大大提高设计准确率及效率。Cylinder body is a critical component of the diesel engine.Cylinder body has different wall thickness and to be cooperated with other parts with great precision.It is complex shape makes the casting mold design and manufacture very difficult. Using the superiority of three dimensional software greatly enhances the design to be accurate rate and the efficiency.
