摘　　要：简述钢结硬质合金作为新型模具材料在冲模中的应用及其模具的设计特点，并针对一大型异形件．利用GT35钢结合金作为凹模材料．进行了主要成形工艺计算及模具的结构设计。In this paper ,it was summarized that the steel to tie the hard alloy to take the new mold material in dying application and mold＇s design feature. And it aims at a large-scale abnormity, ties the alloy using the GT35 steel to take the lower die material, has carried on the main forming process design and mold＇s structural design.
