资信评估理论在石油项目管理中的应用

摘　　要：石油勘探开发项目具有投资规模大、建设周期长等特点。为了监控投资项目效益,对项目实施跟踪管理十分必要。为使石油项目管理更有针对性和层次性,本文提出对石油项目进行分级管理的思想,并借鉴资信评估理论,对石油项目等级评估进行方案设计,构建石油项目等级评估指标体系。最后,对评估指标体系进行了实践应用验证,为石油项目分类和跟踪管理提供有效手段。Petroleum exploration and development projects are characterized by large-scale investment and long construction period.It is necessary to track and manage the projects to monitor investment benefit.In order to manage petroleum projects more pertinently,this paper proposes a way of classification management for petroleum projects,designs the program of grade evaluation and builds evaluation indexes system of petroleum projects based on credit rating theory,and then verifies the indexes system,which provide an effective means of tracking and classification management for petroleum projects.
