摘　　要：目的：探讨猪红细胞膜糖肽的抗肿瘤转移作用。方法：通过腹腔注射给药，测定其对小鼠肿瘤生长和转移的影响。结果：糖肽明显抑制Ｓ１８０肿瘤及Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌的生长，抑制率分别为５２．６２％和６６．４４％，对Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌自发性肺转移的抑制率为７８．１６％。结论：猪红细胞膜糖肽具有抗肿瘤生长及抗转移的生物学活性。Objective: The inhibitory effects of glycopeptides from pig red cell membranes(GPS) on tumor growth and metastasis were studied.Methods: The studies of GPS antitumor was performed in tumor mice by the injection of GPS intraperitoneally,10 mg/kg body weight/every day.Results: The ihibition rate of S 180 sarcoma was 52.62%,the rate of Lewis lung carcinoma was 66.44% and the rate of Lewis lung carcinoma metastasis was 78.16%.Conclusion: The experimental results show that GPS has a considerable antitumor effect.
