摘 要:目的:观察生物膜与明胶海绵复合应用对椎板切除术后硬脊膜及神经根粘连的预防作用。方法:将18只杂种犬的三个非连续腰椎行椎板切除术,随机分别作为空白对照组、脂肪组和生物膜明胶海绵复合组,通过肉眼、光镜观察及CT检查,瘢痕与硬脊膜及神经根粘连情况。结果:脂肪组、生物膜明胶海绵复合组与对照组比较预防粘连效果有显著差异(P<0.05),而脂肪组与生物膜明胶海绵组间结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。Objective:In order to observe the prophylaxis of dura and nerve root adhesion after laminectomy by the application of biological membrane with gelatin foam Methods:Laminectomy was performed at each of the three non-contiguous lumbar of 18 mongral dogs In each animal the three sites were assigned at random as ① no implant(control);②fat implant;③biological membrane plus gelatin foam The scar formation were observed with CT,anatomic and histologic examinations Results:In comparisions with the control and the fat groups,the role on prophylaxis of dura and nerve root adhesion of the biological membrane and gelatin foam group was singificant(P<0 05)and insignificant(P>0.05)different,respectively.Conclusion:Biological membrane combined with gelatin foam can prevent adhesion of dura and nerve root after laminectomy.
