摘 要:以涂渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶吸附管采集汽车车内空气中的醛酮类化合物,经乙腈洗脱后采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC/UV)分析检测。14种醛酮类化合物在所测定的含量范围内都具有很好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9999,平均解吸效率在95%~105%之间,检出限为4.2~25.0μg/m3。该方法平行样品的相对标准偏差<10%。14min内即可完成14种醛酮类化合物的分析,适用于车内空气中醛酮类化合物的同时分析测定。ilica gel cartridge coating 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) was used to collect aldehydes and ketones in car microenvironment air.The sampled cartridges were extracted with acetonitrile,and the DNPH derivatives of alde-hydes and ketones analysis was completed by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector.There are good linearity for the 14 kinds of aldehydes and ketones,and the linear correlative coeff icients are all above 0.9999.The recov-ery eff iciencies of the compounds were between 95% and 105%,and the detection limits were 4.2μg/m3~25.0μg/m3.The relative standard deviation of duplicate samples was less than 10% and the analysis is less than 14min.The result shows that this method can be used for quantitative analysis of aldehydes and ketones in car microenvironment air.
