摘　　要：本文主要针对增强设备管理意识包括效益意识、服务意识、效率意识、竞争意识、全员意识、动态意识、经济意识、责任意识、人本意识及开放意识等几方面进行分析和论述。为了使相关人员充分认识并自觉形成设备管理意识,达到提高设备投资效益的目的,本文主要对加强设备管理的领导和组织工作,理顺各级职能部门的关系,建立健全相应的制度以及加强对设备管理意识的宣传等方面进行阐述。The study aimed to analyze and relate to enhance equipment management consciousness which includes eff iciency awareness,service consciousness,the sense of the eff iciency,competitive consciousness,full consciousness,dy-namics consciousness,economic awareness,duty consciousness,people-oriented consciousness and sense of open-ended-ness and so on.For making relevant staff fully realize and conscientiously form equipment management consciousness in question and achieve the goal of improving equipment investment benefit,this paper describes how to enhance leadership and organization for equipment management,straighten out the relationships among different departments,establish and improve corresponding institution and enhance propaganda for equipment management consciousness.
