摘　　要：煤气分析仪是转炉炼钢煤气回收中炉前煤气浓度检测的必备仪器,而准确度、精度和稳定性是衡量仪器性能优劣的重要指标,气路系统即仪器的预处理部分是该仪器进行分析检测的重要环节,是数据准确、稳定的重要保证,氧气超标是煤气分析系统检测的多发性故障,也是操作、维修人员最为头疼的难题,本文针对此问题结合本厂仪器的使用情况及自身的维修经验通过对该类故障的详细分析、研究和处理,为广大维修人员在解决同类故障时提供参考。Gas analyzer is required for gas concentration detection BOF gas recovery in the steel.The accuracy,pre-cision and stability are some important indicators of measuring instrument performance.The gas pre-treatment system is an important part of detection,and is an important guarantee for detection data accuracy,stability.The superscale oxygen makes multiple fault easily in gas analysis system,and it is the most headache problem for maintenance personnel.Aim at this problem,this paper combines with the use and maintenance of factory equipments,and analyzes the fault in detail,thus provides the reference for Maintenance staff.
