摘 要:为探讨大气污染新的生物监测指标,本文选择不同大气污染环境下的10—12岁儿童,测定其唾液溶菌酶(LYS)含量、血清补体 C_3、a_1—抗胰蛋白酶(a_1—AT)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,发现以上生物监测指标,大气污染区儿童均显著低于清洁区儿童;并且在国内较早将 C_3、a_1—AT、SOD 用于大气污染对人体健康影响的研究,发现三者与唾液溶菌酶都是对大气污染较敏感的生物监测指标。In order to explore new biological indexes of atmospheric pollution,we selected 10~20 year's children who lived in different levels of atmospherec polluted areas,and tested their saliva lysozyme(LYS),serum complement 3(C_3),a_1-antitrypsin(a_1-AT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD).It was found that those biological indexes of the children in polluted area were significantly lower than those of the children in relatively clean area;Those indexes were earlier applied to atmospheric pollution study in our country,The C_3,a_1-AT and SOD were sensi- tive for atmospheric pollution study just as LYS.
