摘　　要：针对我军多样化军事斗争准备和卫勤保障工作的特点、任务与要求,探讨了未来军队卫生信息化建设与发展构想、指导原则和拟开展的几项重要工作。阐述了"一顶、四梁、七柱"的军队卫生信息化建设整体构想,以此通过硬件平台与软件平台建设,构建"天地一体、互联互通"的军民融合式卫勤指挥平台,实现平战结合的卫勤指挥调度与卫生信息资源共享。Aiming at features, tasks and requirements of diverse military campaign preparation and hygienic guarantee, this article discusses the concept of future military health informatization construction and development, guiding principles and proposed significant jobs to be carried out. It elaborates on the integral concept of military health informatization construction with ＂one top, four beams, seven columns＂, which is used to establish combined hygienic maneuvering platform between the army and the people with ＂integration of the sky and the land with interconnection＂ via the construction of hardware platform and software platform, achieving integrated hygienic maneuvering dispatching in peach and war times and health information resources sharing.
