摘　　要：管理经济学主要研究如何应用微观经济和宏观经济理论及方法制定与组织目标相一致的决策,降低成本,实现目标任务。探讨了管理经济学在医院信息化建设中的应用,分析了军民融合体制对于军队信息化建设的意义和作用,提出军队医院信息化建设中军民共建的基本原则,认为军民共建医院信息化是既经济又有效的方式。Management economics is mostly focus on how to use the theory and method of microeconomics and macroeconomics to make a strategic decision which is In accordance with the organization target, and cut down the cost. The application of management economics on decision-making and the significance of the civil-military-cooperate- system to hospital information system construction are investigated. Some basic principles are put forward. The remarkable economic results with highly efficiency and professionalization have been achieved by the Civil-military- cooperate-system to hospital IT construction.
