摘　　要：阐述了如何在医院信息系统运用用户ID号和电子图章结合技术,加强对相关医疗环节的监控,以提高医疗质量和保障医疗安全;并分别讲述了该技术在药品抗生素分级、手术分级、药品处方、检验检查结果报告单、电子病历等领域中的具体应用,对依法执业和医疗制度的监督管理起到了人力无法替代的作用。The paper introduced how to our HIS can enhance links management of medical practice through the integration of user id and electronic seal. This technology can improve medical quality and security of medical safety. And the paper introduced the application of this technology on antibiotic drug classification, surgical classification, prescription drugs, report of LIS, and electronic medical records. This application has played an irreplaceable role in monitoring of the health care system and practice according to law.
