单根Luque棒加节段椎板下钢丝矫治青春型特发性胸椎侧凸

摘　　要：目的：探讨一种改良Ｌｕｑｕｅ手术。方法：１０例青春型特发性胸椎侧凸畸形患者，采用单根Ｌｕｑｕｅ棒加椎板下钢丝矫形融合术。结果：８例获得１～３年随访，术前侧凸平均６３°，术后平均３０°，平均矫正５２４％。该术式与同期所做５例Ｌｕｑｕｅ手术比较，两者对畸形矫正效果相接近，但前者手术操作简化，并发症少。结论：初步观察认为。Objective:To study a modified Luque operation.Method:10 young patients with idiopathic thoracic scoliosis were treated by single Luque rod and sublaminar wires.Results:8 patients were followed up for 1～3 years with an average of 19 months.Scoliosis was 63 degrees in average preoperatively and 30 degrees postoperatively.The correction rate of scoliosis in average was 52.4%.Conclusion:In comparison with the original Luque operation,this method is simple and has less complication.Authors consider treatmant of young idopathic thoracic scoliosis with single Luque rod and sublaminar wires is a rational modified operation.
