摘　　要：目的探讨来曲唑对子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)大鼠在位、异位内膜生存素(Survivin)表达的影响,为EM的临床治疗提供实验依据。方法将EM模型大鼠随机分为对照组和来曲唑组,测定用药前后异位囊肿体积变化,应用SP法检测各组在位及异位内膜中Survivin的表达。结果①来曲唑组治疗后异位囊肿体积明显缩小(P<0.05)。②对照组中异位内膜Survivin表达强度高于在位内膜(P<0.05);来曲唑组中异位内膜Survivin表达强度低于在位内膜(P<0.05);③在位内膜中Survivin表达强度来曲唑组低于对照组(P<0.05);异位内膜中Survivin表达强度来曲唑组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论来曲唑可以有效缩小EM大鼠异位囊肿,可能通过降低Survivin的表达而起到治疗作用。Objective To explore the effect of letrozole（aromatase inhibitor） on expression of survivin in eetopie and eutopie of models,so as to provide evidenee for treatment of endometriosis { EM }. Methods Endometriotic rats were randomly divided into control group and letrozole group. After 1,2,3 weeks, rats were respeetively killed and tissue of eetopie and eutopie endometrium were removed for detecting the expression of Survivin. The ehange of the size of explanted tissue and percentage of explant disappearanee were examined. The streptavidin-biotin peroxidase method of the immunohistoehemistry was used to detect the expression of the survivin. Results （1） Compared with the eontrol group, the explant size in letrozole group after treatment decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2）In the control group, the expression level of survivin in the eetopie was significantly higher than that in the eutopie （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; while in the letrozole group, the expression of eetopie was lower than that in the eutopie { P 〈 0.05 ）. （3）Expression of survivin in eutopic ： the expression intensity in the letrozole group was significantly lower than that in the eontrol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Expression of survivn in eetopie ： the expression intensity of survivin in the letrozole group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 }. Conclusions Aromatase inhibitor-letrozole can minish the explant size and deerease the expression of survivin in the eutopie and eetopie of rats model by regulating estrogen or other mechanism.
