阴茎背深静脉包埋术治疗静脉性勃起功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阴茎背深静脉包埋术治疗静脉性勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)的临床效果。方法静脉性ED患者25例,其中行阴茎背深静脉结扎术14例,行背深静脉包埋术11例,术后进行临床效果随访,分别于术后3个月、6～12个月行IIEF-5评分,并用统计软件SPSS10.0对结果进行统计学分析,判断其手术后的勃起效果。结果行阴茎背深静脉结扎术患者中,11例获得随访,术后3个月及术后6～12个月IIEF-5评分各为(18.3±2.2)分,(14.4±2.8)分;背深静脉包埋术患者中,10例获得随访,术后3个月及术后6～12个月IIEF-5评分各为(21.9±2.7)分,(21.6±2.5)分;背深静脉包埋术后效果较稳定。结论阴茎背深静脉包埋术的中期疗效肯定,是治疗静脉性ED的有效方法。Objective To explore the efficacy of the surgery of embedding deep dorsal vein of penis in the treatment of venous erectile dysfunction. Methods Twenty-five cases of patient with venous erectile dysfunction, including 14 cases with surgery of deep dorsal vein ligation of penis and I 1 cases with surgery of embedding deep dorsal vein of penis. International Index of Erectile Function questionnaire score-5 { IIEF-5） was used as a parameter to test the post-surgery efficacy 3 month and 6-12 month after surgery. Then statistical softwareg SPSSI0.0,was used to analyze the data and estimate the erectile efficacy. Results Eleven patients got follow up in the cases of surgery of deep dorsal vein ligation of penis, the average IIEF-5 score of post surgery was 18.3 ± 2.2 points 3 month after surgery and 14.4 ± 2.8 points after surgery. Ten patients got follow up in the cases with surgery of embedding deep dorsal vein of penis, the average IIEF-5 score of post surgery was 21.9 ± 2.7 points 3 month after surgery and 21.6 ± 2.5 points after surgery. The effect of the surgery which embed deep dorsal vein is more stable. Conclusion The mid-term effect of surgery of embedding deep dorsal vein of penis can be confirmed, which is a effective method for venous erectile dysfunction.
