摘  要:用海泡石和高岭土混合物为原料,以原位晶化技术制备催化裂化(FCC)催化剂,考察了海泡石对结晶度、硅铝比和抗钒性能的影响。结果表明掺海泡石的原位晶化产物与未加海泡石相比,结晶度较低,硅铝比较高,海泡石含量在5%-30%范围时,结晶度和硅铝比变化不大。该催化剂水热活性(100%水蒸汽、800%、17h)较未加海泡石低,但钒污染(质量分数5×10^-3)后活性保留率却高出25%,抗钒能力较高。With kaolin mixed sepiolite as raw materials and by in-situ crystallization a catalyst is prepared for FCC catalyst. The effects of sepiolite on the crystallinity, SiO2/Al2O3 and anti-vanadium performance are investigated. The results show that the in-situ crystallized product with sepiolite has lower crystallinity and higher Si/Al ratio than those with the none-sepiolite,and the crystallinity and SiO2/Al2O3 ratio change a little with the sepiolite content between 5% -30%. Under the condition as 100% of water vapor,800℃ and 17 hours,the activity of the FCC catalyst with sepiolite is lower than that without sepiolite,but the activity retention rate can be 25% higher after polluted with 5 000 ppm of vanadium compared with that without sepiolite ,which shows that the catalyst with sepiolite has high anti-vanadium performance.
