摘 要:利用分级冷凝系统及电捕获器分离收集生物油,共得到5种生物油。研究了5种生物油的产率分布及其含水量、热值、黏度、pH等理化特性,分析了生物油的化学组成,考察了化合物在5种生物油中的分布,同时对分级冷凝系统及电捕获器分离生物油的效率作了统计评价。研究表明,电捕获器提高了生物油25.9%的产率,通过分级冷凝系统可以有效地分离脱除生物油中的水分。分级冷凝系统及电捕获器可以完全分离大分子量的酚类、醛酮类物质,但对乙酸等小分子量的物质分离效果不显著。Five kinds of bio-oil are collected by fractional condensation and electrostatic precipitator. The yield distribution and physical-chemical properties of the bio-oil, such as water content, calorific value, viscosity, pH value, etc. ,are studied. The chemical composition of bio-oils is analyzed, and the distribution in five kinds of bio-oil is investigated. The separating capability of fractional condensation and electrostatic precipitator is statistically evaluated. The results indicate that electrostatic precipitator can increase the yield of bio-oil by 25.9%, and the fractional condensation effectively separates water from the bio-oil. The results also show that the fractional condensation and electrostatic precipetator can completely separate large phenols, aldehydes and ketones, but they cannot separate acetic acid and other small compounds very well.
