负压缩窄装置(VCD)治疗阳萎139例的经验

摘　　要：报告1989—1997年用负压缩窄装置（VCD）治疗各种病因的阳萎患者139例，取得较好效果，病人及其配偶恢复了较满意的性生活。本文讨论了VCD治疗阳萎的适应证、禁忌证、并发症和可接受的优点。并着重指出医师对病人详尽而具体的指导，是使用取得成功的主要因素。The Vacuum The Cnotion Device(VCD) therapy is based on the sable prindples of an activatespump to creating negative pressure and a tension ring onto ha of penis to maintained the erectionsatisfactoy for intercourse. From years 1988 - 1997, 139 ~casex of male male have for treated in ourdepameent with VCD therapy,abeut 80% of patients and their partners get bernefis to restore the joy oftheir sexual intricacy.We discussed the indication, contraindication and the irnportence of doctor's instruction the practiceof use VCD. In our compression VCD treatment whpotence is provides immediate results, nonsurgicalinvasive,drugfree, easy to use and allows user control at all times. So it may be a logical choice for treatmentimpotence. Whether orgedc or poychogenic.
