摘  要:棉秆是一种重要的可再生生物质能源,开展棉秆的机械回收具有重要的社会经济价值。利用RGM-3005微机控制全数字化电子万能材料试验机对收获期棉秆底部不同段位茎秆进行了拉伸、压缩和弯曲试验,获得棉秆最大破坏应力、弹性模量等机械物理特性参数,试验用棉秆平均含水率25%。测试结果表明,其底部茎秆最大抗拉强度为59 Mpa,弹性模量≤240 Mpa;最大抗压强度为18 Mpa,弹性模量≤770 Mpa;最大抗弯强度为50 Mpa,弹性模量≤280 Mpa。所获收获期棉秆底部茎秆力学特性参数,可为棉秆收获机械的起拔方式和起拔机构的设计提供理论依据和技术参数。The cotton stalk left over in the field after harvest is an important source of renewable biomass energy. There's significant socio-economlc value in carrying out the mechanization for the recyling of cotton stalk. RGM-3005 microcomputer-controlled all- digital electronic universal material testing machine was used to carry out tensile, compression and bending experiments about different parts of the bottom of cotton stalk at harvest time. The mechanical and physical characteristic parameters such as the maximum failure stress and elastic modulus was obtained, the average moisture content of cotton stalks in the experiments is 25%. Test results show, the maximum tensile strength of the bottom of cotton stalk is 59 Mpa, elastic modulus 4240 Mpa; the ultimate compressive strength is 18 Mpa, elastic modulus 4770 Mpa, the maximum bending strength is 50 Mpa, elastic modulus 4280 Mpa. The mechanical property parameters obtained in this research can provide theoretical basis and technical parameters for the design of pulling method and pulling mechanism of cotton stalk harvesting machine, and also has important guiding significance for the design of high-efficiency cotton stalk harvesting machine with low leakage rate and breaking rate while pulling out.
