摘　　要：采用盐雾腐蚀试验以及现场实际生产检查的方法,探讨了不同防锈油以及不同涂油量对普冷板防锈性能的影响。结果表明,不同类型、不同涂油量的防锈油对钢板表面防锈性能的影响的差别很大,实际生产中应根据带钢表面粗糙度等特点来选择合适的涂油量。Effect of different types of antirust oil on anti-rust performance of cold-rolled steel sheets were studied by the methods of salt spray testing and field application examination. The results showed that the antirust oil had an important role on the anti-rust performance of cold-rolled steel sheets, The suitable amount of antirust oil should be selected according to the roughness of steel sheet surface.
