摘　　要：基于用户行为分析的观点,提出点击流数据分析与电子政务相结合,并进行智能化分析的思想。通过构建点击流数据仓库,载入点击流数据和政务信息,利用智能分析处理技术,挖掘出隐藏在用户网络行为背后的规则,有利于掌握公众对政府方针政策、政务信息的关注程度以及他们的兴趣偏好等信息,为建设个性化、有针对性的网站服务提供决策支持,完善智能化、个性化的电子政务系统。Based on the idea of user behavior analysis, the paper presents a viewpoint of integration of eliekstream data analysis based on e - government. By loading clickstream data and government information in a clickstream data warehouse, and using the technology of intelligent analysis to mine rules hidden behind the network behavior, it can help to master the sustaining degree of citizen on the government policies and news as well as their preferences and interests, then, provide more personalized web services support, and better improve intelligent, personalized e - government system.
