摘 要:采用土培方法,研究了不同浓度NaCl(50、100、150、250和350 mmol/L)对桂枳一号、大新腊月柑和岑溪酸桔等砧木叶片中抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT和APX)活性以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、氧自由基(O2.-)含量的影响。结果表明,在不同浓度NaCl溶液处理下,桂枳一号叶片中SOD、POD和APX活性均低于对照(清水);而大新腊月柑和岑溪酸桔叶片中POD的活性有随着NaCl浓度的增加呈先增加后降低、CAT活性呈下降的变化趋势,岑溪酸桔叶片中APX活性则随着NaCl浓度的增加显著增加,且与对照(清水)间的差异显著(P<0.05)。桂枳一号叶片中MDA含量随着NaCl浓度增加明显下降;大新腊月柑和岑溪酸桔叶片中MDA含量都有所增加,且GSH和O2.-含量随着NaCl浓度的升高而增加。其中在NaCl浓度为350 mmol/L时,桂枳一号、大新腊月柑和岑溪酸桔叶片中O2.-含量分别比对照(清水)增加了74.4%、281.0%和60.6%,表明GSH在解毒NaCl毒害过程中起重要作用。在NaCl溶液处理下大新腊月柑所受O2.-的胁迫最大,桂枳一号次之,最小的为岑溪酸桔。Effects of NaCl on enzymatic antioxidants in citrus rootstocks Guizhi No. 1[Poncirus trifoliata(L. ) Raf. 1, Daxinlayuegan( Citrus reticulata Blanco) and Cenxisuanju( Citrus reticulata Blanco) were studied. Seedlings were grown in soils treated with NaCl at concentrations of 50, 100, 150, 250, 350 mmol/L for 21 days. Leaves were analyzed to determine the contents of glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), and ascorbate peroxidase (APX). Results showed that the activities of SOD, POD and APX in the leaves of Guizhi No. 1 decreased with the increase in the concentrations of NaCl. The activities of POD in the leaves of Daxinlayuegan and Cenxisuanju increased, although those of CAT decreased, with the increase in the concentrations of NaCl. The activities of APX increased significantly as NaCl concentrations increased in Cenxisuanju leaves. The content of MDA in the leaves of Guizhi No. 1 was lower than that of Daxinlayuegan and Cenxisuanju. Compared to the control, the contents of GSH and O2^*- increased by 74. 4%, 281.0% and 60. 6% respectively when plants were treated with 350 mmol/L NaC1. The results indicated that both enzymatic antioxidants and GSH played significant roles in NaCl detoxifieation in these plants. It was shown that Cenxisuanju was significantly less stressed than Guizhi No. 1 and Daxinlayuegan when under salt stress.
