摘　　要：目的研究葛根汤加减方对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效。方法将83例患者随机分成治疗组（葛根汤加减方组）55例,和对照组（西药组）28例,进行一个疗程对照治疗观察。结果治疗组总有效率92.72%,对照组总有效率75.00%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论葛根汤加减方治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血有良好疗效,临床应重视经方的应用。objective To study the curative effect of GeGen formula for treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrahage（tSAH）. Methods 83 case were randomly divided into a treatment group （GeGen formula group：55 cases）,and a control group（west medicine group：28 cases）.chang of symptoms and sign were observed before and after treatment. Results effective rate was 92.72% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion GeGen formula treatd tSAH have perfect effection .we should think highly of using classcal formula in clinical practive.
