摘  要:采用菌丝生长速率法,在室内测定了几种杀菌剂对草石蚕腐烂病病原菌的毒力。结果表明:供试杀菌剂对草石蚕腐烂病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用存在明显差异,50%霉菌净可湿性粉剂对病菌菌丝生长的抑菌效果最好,其抑制中浓度(EC50)为1.68μg/mL;其余依次为40%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、99%恶霉灵可湿性粉剂、3%广枯灵水剂、70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、50%福美双可湿性粉剂、42%克菌净可湿性粉剂和80%代森锌可湿性粉剂,EC50分别为4.00μg/mL,70.79μg/mL,141.25μg/mL,179.76μg/mL,182.77μg/mL和218.52μg/mL;80%代森锌抑制活性最差,EC50为648.36μg/mL。The toxicity of eight fungicides to control rot disease of Stachys sieboldii was determined by using hypha growing rate method in door. The results showed that there was obvious difference in inhibition effect on hypha growth of Stachys sieboldii. Among eight tested fungicides. 50% Meijunjing WP has the best inhibition effect followed by 40 % Duojunling WP, 99 % Hymexazol WP, 3 % Guangkuling WC, 70 % Mancoze WP, 50 % Thiram WP, 42% Kejunjing WP and 80% Zineb WP, and EC50 of 50% Meijunjing WP, 40% Duojunling WP, 99% Hymexazol WP, 3% Guangkuling WC,70% Mancoze WP, 50% Thiram WP, 42% Kejunjing WP and 80% Zineb WP,EC40 was 1.68 μg/mL, 4. 00 μg/mL, 70.79μg/mL, 141.25 μg/mL 179.76μg/mL, 182.77 μg/m, 218.52 μg/mL and 648.36 μg/mL respectively.
