抗菌肽和蛋氨酸锌对断奶仔猪部分血液常规指标的影响

摘　　要：为了研究抗菌肽和蛋氨酸锌对断奶仔猪血液常规指标的影响,试验选用(60±2)d龄荣昌断奶仔猪,在基础日粮相同的情况下进行分组试验,各组日粮中除对照组外,分别添加抗菌肽(10mg/kg饲料)、蛋氨酸锌(1200mg/kg饲料,约含锌200mg/kg)、抗菌肽+蛋氨酸锌(10mg抗菌肽和1200mg蛋氨酸锌/kg饲料),试验为期4周。结果表明:添加10mg/kg的抗菌肽可显著增加红细胞计数(P<0.05),添加1200mg/kg的蛋氨酸锌显著提高血小板计数(P<0.05),抗菌肽和蛋氨酸锌合用对提高血小板计数有协同作用(P<0.05),对照组血小板计数和血红蛋白浓度呈线性变化(P<0.05)。（60±2）day-old Rongchang weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups （10 mg/kg of antibacterial peptide （AP）, 1 200 mg/kg of zinc methionine （Zn-Met）, 10 mg/kg of AP and 1 200 rag/ kg of Zn-Met, and control） to study the effect of AP and Zn-Met on the blood routine index of weaned piglet. Fed with basal diet for 4 weeks during the experiment and each group had suitable replications. Results showed that supplemented with 10 mg/kg of AP increased red blood count （RBC） significantly （P〈0.05）, supplemented with 1 200 mg/kg of Zn-Met increased platelet count （PLT） significantly （P〈0.05）, the combination of AP and Zn-Met increased PLT synergistically （P〈0.05）, and the PLT, hemoglobin （HGB） in control changed linearly （P〈0.05）.
