广东省第二次人体寄生虫分布调查

摘　　要：按全国人体寄生虫分布调查方法，１９９７年在广东省８个县进行第二次人体肠道寄生虫分布调查。共查８２１７人，总感染率为４８．１１％；男、女感染率分别为４８．７８％和４７．４８％。总感染率学龄前儿童最高为５２．５６％，其次为中小学生５０．８７％。这次调查共查出３８种人体寄生虫，包括线虫１２种、吸虫８种、绦虫４种、原虫１３种和棘头虫１种，其中比翼线虫、念珠棘头虫和巨片吸虫为我省首次报道。感染１、２、３、４、５和６种虫者分别占感染人数的５７．５８％、２８．５３％、１０．４０％、２．７１％、０．６３％和０．１０％。人群中蛲虫、蛔虫、鞭虫和钩虫的感染率较高，分别为１９．４６％、１９．２０％、１８．２４％和６．５６％。华支睾吸虫感染率为４．０８％，感染率最高的年龄组是３０～岁组，为９．０６％；感染率最高的职业是干部，为１６．１５％，农民次之，为７．３８％。According to the unified method formulated by the nationwide human parasite investigation program, the second survey was conducted in eight counties in Guangdong province. Of 8 217 persons examined, 3 953 were infected, with the total parasite infection rate of 48.11%. there is no significant difference( P >0.05) in the infection rate between males(48.78%) and females(47.48%). The highest infection rate was 52.56% in preschool children. 38 species of human parasite were indentified including 13 species of protozoan, 12 species of nematodes, 8 species of trematodes, 4 species of tapeworms and 1 species of Moniliformis. The human infection of Mammomonogamus, Moniliformis moniliformis, Fasciola gigantica was first found in Guangdong. A person wiht 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 species of parasite accounted for 57.58%, 28.53%, 10.40%, 2.71%, 0.63% and 0.10% respectively. The parasite infection rate of Enterobius vermicularis, Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and hookworm was 19.46%, 19.20%, 18.24% and 6.56% respectively. A overall infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis was 4.08%, and the highest infection rate(9.06%) was in the age group of 30-39 year old. the infection was most common in cadres(16.15%), following by peasants(7.38%).
