摘 要:为了解人群藐小棘隙吸虫感染的季节分布和影响因素以及年度感染情况,于1995年在安徽和县陈桥村选择1所小学进行纵向观察研究。结果表明,在小学生中藐小棘隙吸虫感染呈明显季节性,秋季(9~10月份)是感染的高峰季节,生饮含有该虫尾蚴的池塘水是造成季节性感染的主要原因。各月份藐小棘隙吸虫感染率与饮生水率、饮水频次和饮生水量,经相关分析均有显著意义(r分别为0.960、0.834和0.896,P<0.05)。同时调查表明小学生藐小棘隙吸虫年度感染严重,感染率高达31.87%,是该地区影响青少年健康的常见寄生虫病。In order to know the seasonal distribution and influence factors of Echinochasmus liliputanus infection and annual infection rate, a longitudinal survey was carried out in a primary school of Chengqiao Village, Hexian County, Anhui Province. The results showed that Echinochasmus liliputanus infection in pupil peaked in autumn, especially in its Sep. and Oct.. The main reason for resulting in seasonal distribution is that the pupils drank raw water from local ponds where existed cercaria of Echinochasmus liliputanus . There was statistical significance between the infection rate of Echinochasmus liliputanus and the drinking rate, frequency and quantity of raw water drunk (coefficient of correlation is 0.960, 0.843 and 0.896 respectively, P <0.05).Meanwhile the results of the survey showed that the annual infection rate of Echinochasmus liliputanus in pupil amounted to 31.87%, and it was one of the common parasitic diseases harmful to pupils′ health in the local area.
