摘 要:以实际工程中的圆钢管KK型搭接节点为基础,利用ANSYS非线性有限元法建立分析模型并分析了该节点隐藏焊缝在焊与不焊2种不同焊接方式下的破坏模式,及搭接节点的支主管管径比β、径厚比γ、支主管厚度比τ等参数变化对节点极限承载力的影响.分析了在低周往复荷载作用下,搭接节点隐藏焊缝在焊与不焊2种不同焊接方式下的滞回性能,并给出了滞回曲线.搭接节点的ANSYS有限元分析结果表明,搭接节点的隐藏焊缝焊与不焊对节点最终破坏模式影响不大,对节点承载能力的影响也不是十分显著,隐藏焊缝不焊接节点的滞回性能优于隐藏焊缝焊接节点.为了使节点构造简单并便于施工,建议实际工程中的隐藏焊缝可以不焊接,此结论在后续的实验研究中还需要进一步的验证,以拓展该节点的反问题研究.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of chord-to-brace diameter ratioβ, diameter-to-ply ratio γ and brace-to-chord ply ratio τ on joints ultimate bearing capacity in two different ways of unstiffened overlapped CHS KK-joints hidden welded and non-welded, and the influence of the two kinds of joint on hysteretic property under low frequency loading by using the ANSYS finite element method. The results show that the final failure mode of the joints hidden welded is not significantly different with the one of the welded joints. There is no significant difference between the bearing capacities of these two kinds of joint, and the hysteretic property of the joints hidden non-welded is better than the one of the welded joints. It is suggested that the welding mustn't be welded to make the points construction simple and easily constructed, and this will be verified in the subsequent experimental research to push ahead with the research of the node inverse problem.
