摘　　要：目的:观察地黄饮子对AD细胞模型抗氧能力影响。方法:通过建立β淀粉样蛋白诱导PC12细胞损伤的AD细胞模型,采用脑脊液药理学方法,观察地黄饮子对PC12细胞培养液中CAT、GSH-Px、SOD、MDA含量的影响,探讨地黄饮子对AD细胞模型抗氧能力的作用。结果:地黄饮子能提高PC12细胞培养液中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性,降低培养液中MDA的含量。结论:地黄饮子通过提高AD细胞模型的抗氧化能力,对Aβ所致PC12细胞损伤起到较好的保护作用。Objective：To explore the activity of antioxidant of Di Huang Yin Zi（DHYZ）.Methods：Based on the AD model of injured Pheochromocytoma derived cell line（PC12 cells）by β-amyloid,we investigated the intent of antioxidant.Result：DHYZ could enhance the activity of SOD、CAT and GSH-PX in the cell culture fluid of PC12,decrease the content of MDA in the culture fluid.Conclusion：DHYZ could protect the PC12 cells from the exoteric damage.
