白头翁汤的药理作用与临床应用

摘　　要：白头翁汤来源于《伤寒论》,由白头翁、黄柏、黄连、秦皮等药物组成。具有清热解毒,凉血止痢。主治热痢。证见腹痛下痢,泻下脓血,里急后重,肛门灼热,舌红苔黄,脉象弦数者。Pulsatilla decoction was adapted from Treatise on febrile diseases,including pulsatillae,phellodendron,coptis,and ash bark.Dysentery of heat-toxin type is treated by clearing away heat and toxic materials and cooling blood to stop diarrhea.The symptoms are abdominal pain,diarrhea with pus-blood,tenesmus,scorching hot in anus,red tongue with yellow fur,and string pluse.
