摘　　要：目的:探讨动力髁螺钉(简称DCS)在股骨粗隆下粉碎性不稳定骨折治疗中的应用。方法:对我院2003年6月-2005年9月23例股骨粗隆下粉碎性不稳定骨折的患者采用DCS内固定治疗。结果:全部病例均得到0.83-3a随访,主要指标为颈干角、髋关节伸屈活动度。骨折全部愈合,无钢板松动、断裂、骨不连等并发症,1例轻度髋内翻。优16例,良6例,优良率95.70%。结论:DCS能提供有效的内固定,其治疗股骨粗隆下粉碎性不稳定骨折效果显著。Objective：To explore the application of dynamic condylar screw（referred to as DCS）in the treatment of unstable comminuted subtrochanteric fractures.Methods：23 cases of unstable comminuted subtrochanteric fracture admitted from June 2003 to September,2005 were given internal fixation with DCS.Results：All patients received 10 months to 3 years of follow-up and the main targets were the flexion activity of neck-shaft angle and coxa joint.All fractures were healed without plate loosening,fracture,nonunion and other complications.One patient had mild coxa vara.Excellent in 16 cases,good in 6 cases,excellent rate was 95.70%.Conclusion：DCS can provide an effective internal fixation and the treatment of unstable comminuted subtrochanteric fractures is another use of DCS.
