摘  要:喷管超音速旋流分离技术是天然气处理工艺技术的一大创新技术,是一种集气体动力学、热力学和流体力学理论为一体的新型气体干燥处理技术,是超音速冷凝与离心分离技术的有机结合。喷管超音速分离器由喷管、超音速翼段、分离段和扩压段四部分组成,它依靠喷管膨胀形成低温、低压超音速流动,并通过超音速翼形成旋流,从而实现冷凝水及重烃的分离。现有研究表明,喷管超音速分离器具有分离效率高,体积小,可实现无人操作,并且不需要使用任何化学药剂等优点,因此该项技术在天然气净化脱水领域具有广阔的应用前景。Supersonic gas separation technology is an innovative technology.It is a new technology for gas drying process based on the theories of aerodynamics,thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.It is the combination of the supersonic condensation technology and centrifugal separation technology.The supersonic separator is composed of nozzle,supersonic wing,separating section and diffuser.This kind of separator forms low-temperature and low-pressure supersonic flow by means using the expansion effect of nozzle,it also forms swirling flow with the help of supersonic wing,to achieve the separation of water from heavy hydrocarbon.All existing studies show that the separation efficiency of the supersonic separator is very high.Meanwhile,the supersonic separator is characterized by its small size,unmanned operation and no chemicals requirement.Therefore this technology has a good prospect that it can be applied in the field of natural gas purification and dehydration.
