摘　　要：T-117N数控内圆磨床原定加工范围为最大外径150mm,通过对该机床上料装置、测量装置、砂轮修整装置进行改造,扩大了加工范围,可以完成铁路客车轴承内圆终磨加工。The max outer diameter of the old processing range of T-117N numerical control internal grinder is 150mm, through improvement on its feeding device, measuring device and wheel dressing device, the processing range has been enlarged, it can finish the inner circle final grinder processing of the railway passenger train bearing.
