中西医结合治疗紫癜性肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将68例紫癜性肾炎患者随机分为2组。对照组28例采用常规西医疗法进行对症治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加服清利湿热、活血化瘀中药。治疗6个月后比较2组临床疗效及尿沉渣红细胞、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐的变化。结果治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率82.1%,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组尿沉渣红细胞计数、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐较对照组均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗紫癜性肾炎较单纯西药治疗疗效显著,未发现明显的不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on anaphylatic purpura nephritis.Methods 68 cases of purpura nephritis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（n=40）and control group（n=28）.Patients in control group were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of routine therapy and Chinese herb with eliminating dampness and heat,promoting blood and dissolving stasis.The effect was observed after six months by comparison of changes of Urinary sediment,erythrocyte,24 h urinary protein and serum creatinine.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（95.0%）was higher than that in control group（82.1%,P0.05）.Urinary sediment,erythrocyte,24 h urinary protein and serum creatinine in treatment group were decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has definite effect on anaphylatic purpura nephritis.
