粘贴式负压冲吸器在暴发性急性胰腺炎腹腔造口中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨粘贴式负压冲吸器在暴发性急性胰腺炎腹腔造口中的应用。方法:回顾性分析我院2例暴发性急性胰腺炎病人腹腔造口后应用粘贴式负压冲吸器治疗处理的效果。结果:粘贴式负压冲吸器使用后能早期在胰周引流处形成清洁、坚实的腔壁,有效避免感染,坏死组织能较快清除干净,腹腔脏器肿胀较早消退,胰瘘愈合提前,使渗出较早停止,切口皮肤干燥,皮肤切缘肉芽新鲜,伤口能随着冲洗逐渐靠拢。明显减少伤口换药次数、敷料消耗量及工作强度。结论:对于腹腔造口患者伴有大量胰周渗出及脏器肿胀的病人,粘贴式负压冲吸器是控制胰瘘、坏死渗出、保护脏器及切口皮肤的高效工具,值得在临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effectiveness of stickup vacuum assisted wash and suck （SVAWS） device used to treat the fulminant acute panereatitis with abdominal decompression. Method： The data of 2 patients with fulminant acute pancreatitis treated with SVAWS device in Fuzbou General Hospital of Nanjing CoConclusion： mmand were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Using SVAWS device in treatment of fulminant acute pancreatitis can effectively washout necrotic infection. This technique has superiority such as infection prevention, edema - eliminating, protecting organ and the skin of patients and promoting cicatrization. The pancreas becomes clearing and massy early after using SVAWS device during abdominal decompression. The healing time of wound is shorten. The times of dressing change, consumption of dressing and are markedly reduced. Conclusion： The SVAWS device can be an effective and economically viable tool to containing pancreatic fistula effluent and transudate, protect - ing organ and the skin of patients with abdominal decompression. Further more, the SVAWS device may also actually promote healing of the pancreatic fistula.
