摘 要:通过研究PGLA纤维力学性能与结晶、取向结构之间的关系,发现:PGLA纤维的弹性模量和断裂伸长率取决于非晶区取向函数和结晶度,而与实现结晶和取向的加工条件无关。在实验条件内,弹性模量与非晶区取向函数符合线性关系Ey=31.202+76.175fa;结晶度增加至约15.5%时弹性模量出现快速增加;断裂伸长率随结晶度和非晶区取向函数的增大而单调降低且降低速率逐渐减小。By studying the relationship between mechanical properties of PGLA fiber and crystallinity and orientation, it is found that the elastic modulus and elongation at break of PGLA fiber depends on the amorphous orientation function and crystallinity, but has nothing to do with the realization of the processing conditions of crystallization and orientation. In the experimental conditions, elastic modulus and amorphous orientation function are in line with the linear relationship Ey = 31. 202 + 76. 175 * fa. A rapid increase in elastic modulus is found when the erystallinity increased to 15.5%. The elongation at break decreases with the increase of erystallinity and amouphous orientation function, and the reduced rate reduces gradually.
