涤黏中长纤维织物起毛起球因素分析与检测

摘　　要：详细分析了涤黏中长纤维仿毛织物的起毛起球机理和影响织物起毛起球的因素,介绍了起毛起球试验方法、起毛起球程度的评定,阐述了抗起毛起球采取的措施及效果。同时还介绍了加入高吸水涤纶、改性涤纶、大豆蛋白纤维等抗起毛起球措施。The paper analyzes the pilling mechanism and influencing factors of polyester/viscose mid wool-like fabric in detail, introduces the pilling test method and evaluation, and describes the anti-pilling measures and effectiveness. It also describes some anti-pilling measures such as inclusion of the high water-absorbent polyester, modified polyester fiber and soy protein fiber.
