摘 要:以6个不同品种的苜蓿为材料,在幼苗期对其进行5个不同水势梯度(CK,-0.3,-0.6,-0.9,-1.2 MPa)的PEG—6000(聚乙二醇—6000)人工模拟干旱胁迫,从丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度、游离脯氨酸(Pro)质量分数和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等几个生理生化指标着手,对它们的抗旱性进行对比研究.结果表明,-0.6 MPa的水势可能是苜蓿幼苗抗旱临界值;随着干旱胁迫强度的增加,苜蓿6个品种的抗旱性变化较大.利用苜蓿幼苗期3项抗旱性指标分析得出了供试苜蓿品种的抗旱强弱.Six varieties of alfalfa were treated with PEG--6000 solution at concentrations of 5 different water flow gradients (CK, --0.3 MPa, --0.6 MPa, --0. 9 MPa and --1.2 MPa) in order to assess the effects of drought on MDA concentration, free proline concentration as well as the activity of SOD enzyme at the seedling stage in order to compare their drought resistances. Results showed that the water flow of --0.6 MPa was the threshold limit value for drought resistance of alfalfa seedling. With the increase of drought stress, the drought resistances among 6 varieties were varied. The analysis of 3 drought resistance parameters obtained the result of weak drought resistances of the alfalfa seedling for test.
