摘 要:利用LB技术制备二维有序聚苯乙烯微球(PS)阵列模板,构造了二维氧化锌(ZnO)球腔阵列.考察了亚相的配比以及滑速对聚苯乙烯微球阵列有序性的影响,并在ZnO球腔内电化学沉积纳米金.实验结果表明:以乙醇-水混合物体积比1.5:8.5的混合液作亚相时,得到大面积有序排列的微球模板,沉积金后的微电极阵列具有良好的电化学性质.A two-dimensional ordered microcavities array was fabricated on the surface of an indium-doped tin oxide (ITO) electrode by templating the voids of colloidal polystyrene (PS) spheres array which was prepared by Langmuir-Blodgett technique. The optimum experimental conditions (the volume ratio between doubly distilled deionized water and ethanol, barriers speed) were obtained according to the experimental results. Nano-Au electrodeposited at the bottom of ZnO cavities and was characterized by SEM and cyclic vohammetry. The results demonstrated that the cavities array possessed ordered structure and good electrochemistry property.
