摘 要:本试验旨在研究铜鱼对4种常用饲料原料中蛋白质的离体消化和酶解能力。选用体重146.81g左右的野生铜鱼200尾,暂养24h排出其消化道内容物后解剖,取出其肠道和肝胰脏制备成消化酶液,在离体条件下对鱼粉、豆粕、菜粕和棉粕进行消化酶解。试验结果表明:在离体条件下铜鱼对饲料原料中蛋白质的酶解能力为肝胰脏强于肠道,而在肠道中则以中肠最大,后肠最小。在0~4h铜鱼肠道对鱼粉、豆粕、菜粕和棉粕酶解时的氨基酸生成速度以鱼粉最大,为8.551mg/h(P<0.05);胰脏酶解液的氨基酸生成速度则以豆粕最大,为13.110mg/h(P<0.05);铜鱼对4种饲料原料酶解的平均速度分别为:鱼粉10.75mg/h、豆粕10.03mg/h、菜粕9.05mg/h、棉粕7.36mg/h。由此可知,铜鱼对鱼粉和豆粕具有较好的消化酶解能力。The experiment was conducted to study the ability of digestion and enzymolysis in 4 kinds of protein in common feed ingredients of Coreius heterodon in vitro. Two hundred wild Coreius heterodon with average weight of 146.81 g were temporarily fed 24 h for eliminating the contents of digestive canal. The intestine and hepatopancreas were took out for the preparation of the diges{ive juice sample. Fish meal, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and cottonseed meal were digested by enzymatic hydrolysis in vitro. The results showed that compared with the intestine, the hepatopancreas of Coreius heterodon possessed better enzymolysis ability for protein in feed ingredients. Moreover, the enzymolysis ability of middle intestine was the highest and the lowest in post intestine. The enzymolysis rate of fish meal (8. 551 mg/h) in intestine within 0--4 h was higher than that of soybean meal, rapeseed meal and cottonseed meal, but the enzymolysis rate of soybean meal (13. 110 mg/h) was the highest in hepatopancreas (P〈0.05). The average enzymolysis rate of amino acid of the 4 kinds of protein in feed ingredients was 10.75, 10. 03, 9.05, 7.36 mg/h, respectively. In conclusion, Coreius heterodon had a good ability to digest fish meal and soybean meal.
