摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,是目前世界上四大主要致盲病因之一,严重影响糖尿病患者的生存质量,也是临床治疗的难点。中医药中的经方辨证准确,配伍严谨,疗效显著,在糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗中可发挥重要作用。Diabetic retinopathy is a common microvascular complications of diabetes, as the serious impact on quality life of diabetic patients, DR is one of the world＇s four major causes of blindness and the main difficulty point in clinical treatment. Classical prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine have the characteristic of dialectic accurate, rigorous prescription,flexible plus or minus and curative effect in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, it can play a important role in the treatment of DR.
