摘  要:为实现恒压供水,采用可编程序控制器(PLC)为主控器,变频器为执行机构,完成变频恒压供水系统的硬件和软件的设计。实现管网压力的准确采集,自动调节某台水泵的转速和多台水泵的投入及退出,使管网主干管出口端的压力基本保持在一定的范围内。供水控制系统投入运行后,各项指标达到了设计要求,满足居民和工业用水的需要。Aiming at realizing constant pressure water supply, using the programmable logic controller (PLC) as the master, inverter as the executing agency, the hardware and software was developed for Frequency Constant Pressure Water Supply System. Precise data samplings of pressure on the pipe network were realized, the speed of a pump and pumps more than one input or exit was adjusted automatically to the backbone network of the pressure of the exit tube remained framework of a certain. Water control system inoperation, the various indicators achieve the design requirements to meet the needs of residents and industrial water.
