摘 要:第一道次成形对Ni-Cr-W-Mo高温合金曲母线异型件热旋压成形有重要影响。文章基于ABAQUS软件的dynamic,temp-disp,explicit模块建立了Ni-Cr-W-Mo高温合金曲母线异型件热旋的热力耦合三维有限元模型,研究第一道次成形过程中温度场、应力应变场的分布及对成形过程的影响。结果表明,高温合金本身热物理性能以及摩擦生热的作用形成的较大温差及应力差,易产生旋压裂纹;等效应力应变突变区域易产生金属流动失稳,旋轮轨迹发生改变后,切向拉应力极大值趋于平缓,周向压应力极大值呈下降趋势,板料容易成形,通过合理控制旋压的关键阶段,改变旋轮轨迹,可避免材料堆积。During heating spinning of Ni-Cr-W-Mo superalloy workpiece with curvilinear shape, the nrst pass of me spinning process has significant influence. Based on the dynamic, temp-disp, explicit module of software ABAQUS, a thermo-mechanicai coupling FEMdd model for hot spinning superalloy workpiece with curvilinear shape is established. The distribution of temperature, stress and strain and their influence on hot spinning process are analyzed. The results show that the comparatively large disparity in temperature and stress caused by the physical properties of hot superalloy itself and the effect of the friction heat are prone to generate flaw in spinning; Mutation areas of equivalent stress and plastic strain are prone to cause unstable metal flow. After changing roller-trace, maximal tangential tension stress tend to be moderate and maximal circumferential compression stress tends to decline. At the same time, spinning process tend to be easy. It is feasible to avoid material accumulation by grasping the key stage of spinning process and changing roller-trace.
