摘 要:再结晶软化不充分不仅影响热轧中板变形时的轧制负荷参数的准确预报,而且对中板制品的尺寸精度和质量控制都至关重要。文章借助于理论分析与实验模型,在模拟16MnR中板热轧变形时奥氏体再结晶规律的基础上,研究再结晶软化不充分对轧制负荷的影响规律,结果表明,16MnR中板轧制变形时,各道次都为静态再结晶,且以部分静态再结晶为主;考虑再结晶软化不充分对轧制负荷的影响后,其预报值和实测值符合较好;对热轧中板轧制压力计算,对发生完全再结晶软化之后的道次适宜选用Sims式。Insufficient recrystallization softening effects on accurate prediction of rolling load of medium plate hot rolling and is important to dimension precision and quality control of hot rolling plate. The effect of insufficient recrystallization softening on rolling load is studied based on the simulation of the austenitic recrystallization of 16MnR plate hot rolling through theoreical analysis and experiment model. The results show that it's presented as static recrystallization and mainly partial static recrystallization in all pass of 16MnR plate hot rolling. The measurement results are in accordance with the prediction value with the effect of insufficient reerystallization softening on rolling load of 16MnR plate hot rolling being considered. Sims equation is suitable for calculating the rolling pressure during hot rolling of plate for the pass after complete recrystallization softening.
