摘  要:对带有半埋藏裂纹的45钢金属构件进行电磁热止裂实验发现,止裂后,半埋藏裂纹裂尖处熔化、钝化,并有金属喷射现象;采用超声波对比测试法,分析了止裂前后试件内残余应力的变化情况,实验测得止裂后超声波声程减小,表明试件内部残余应力增大;通过ANSYS有限元软件,采用间接耦合方法,对半埋藏裂纹电磁热止裂过程进行数值分析,得到了止裂后构件内残余应力场的具体类型及分布情况。Experimental study was proposed for half-embedding crack prevention in metal die of 45 steel by electromagnetic heating. Study indicates that the crack tip melted and dulled after discharge. Metal belch phenomenon was found around crack tip at the moment of discharge. The change of residual stress before and after crack prevention was analyzed by using ultrasonic contrast test. The reduction of the ultrasonic wave stroke implied that the residual stress in metal die had increased. Numerical analysis of embedding crack arrest by electromagnetic heating was simulated by ANSYS finite element software using indirect coupled field method, the type and distribution of residual stress in metal component was obtained.
