摘　　要：目的:建立齐墩果酸片中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法:旋光法。结果:线性范围0.8mg～4.0mg,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为2.72%。结论:方法准确、可靠,为控制齐墩果酸片的质量提供了科学依据。Objectlve ：To set up a method for determination of Oleanolic acid in Oleanolic Acid tablets. Methods ：Polarimetric analysis was used. Results：The linear range was from 0.8 to 4.0mg, and the average recovery and RSD were 101. 2and 2.72% ,respectively. Conclusion ：This method is accurate and reliable, and can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Oleanolic Acid tablets
