家庭过期药品回收中的市场失灵原因分析与对策研究

摘　　要：医药企业对家庭过期药品进行回收处理是目前社会上重要的药品回收处理可行途径之一,然而由于回收处理工作投入较大、收益甚微使得医药企业动力不足,参与者屈指可数,出现了市场失灵现象。在总结目前医药企业回收药品现状的基础上,对该途径下药品回收中的市场失灵原因做了理论分析并针对药品回收存在正外部效应特点提出了相应的对策建议。Recycling by medicine enterprises is one of main way to recycle family out -dated drug currently. But, due to big investment compared with little return, medicine enterprises lack of power, so it turns to be market failure. By a summary of current problems in drug recycling by medicine enterprises, the article analyzes the underlying root causes and raises some countermeasures according to positive externalities in medicine recycling.
